No, Rental Bleachers, Inc. is not a contractor. We are an equipment rental company that offers additional services. If we are installing a new permanent bleacher system we can work with our contractor if the project requires that; however, for the rental portion of our business we do not work as a GC and are not responsible for any permits that may be required to install temporary bleachers. The client is responsible to pull all permits for the temporary event seating.
