Outside events can be a gamble. Sometimes we have to set up in the rain for events happening the next few days and that is the risk we take. We do not offer a weather policy. The contract dates are set in the calendar and cannot be changed for any reason without a formal request and an addendum to the original contract. A fee will be applied for the additional rental period and will be discussed depending on the details of the event and the length of the extension. This is also based on the bleachers availability. Because we book events at some times back to back if the bleachers need to be at another location as contracted then we would not be able to extend the rental period.
