We are often asked “How many people do your bleachers seat”… The answer is always the same… as many as you need! The limitation with any rental bleacher installation is the amount of space available for bleacher sections, and any ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements for your event.

As you can see, for an event seating 500 people, there are several options, with longer 5 row bleacher sections, or shorter 20 row bleacher sections. When you call to rent bleachers, be sure to have an idea of how many guests you are expecting to seat, as well as the amount of floor/ground space available for the bleachers. If there is a lot of ground space, you can possibly do fewer rows, making it easier for guests to get to their seats, but if you have a smaller length of area, you might need more rows… and also more “head room”.
