In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. The reason for this is that when you sign the contract and send in the deposit we take those materials out of our inventory and they cannot be used for another project, meaning if another client calls, we lose business because your event is booked and then you canceled and we lost both project revenue. If your event is postponed or the dates are modified we can work with you to use a portion of the original deposit towards that event. This is contingent upon bleachers being available for the new event dates.
